Professional Beauty North Salon & Spa Networking Lunch line-up confirmed

Staff management, retailing, customer loyalty, finance and how to respond to cut-price rivals are the discussion topics for the first-ever Salon & Spa Networking Lunch at Professional Beauty North.

Taking place on the Sunday (October 21) of the show, the event is a networking lunch for salon and spa directors, as well as sole traders, where they can discuss challenges and share solutions among like-minded professionals.

Each discussion will be hosted by an experienced salon or spa owner, and the line-up includes: Stefania Rossi, founder of recruitment platform Hidden Talent; Sara Shoemark, owner of salon chain Glow Beauty; Susan Routledge, salon owner and business consultant; Becky Woodhouse, founder of Pure Spa & Beauty; and Fiona Fowely, director of Zen Lifestyle.
