// Poor mental health affects half of all employees, with fear, shame and job insecurity the main reasons people choose to hide their problems from their employer, according to a survey of 44,000 people carried out by mental health charity Mind.

// The Welsh council is considering plans for a £200m wellness and life science village on the Carmarthenshire coast. The site will include a wellness hotel, sports and wellbeing centre, spa and primary care centre. The planning application for the project will be assessed by mid- November, with the projected opening date of the first phase due in 2021.

// Beauty e-retail site Skinforia has launched, aiming to bridge the gap between cosmeceutical and retail skincare. The site will host insights from industry experts, beauty trends and ingredient formulations.
