AESTHETICS

BTL Aesthetics

On the BTL stand, salon and clinic owners can check out the Unison, which claims to treat five anatomical causes of cellulite. The machine uses radiofrequency and targeted pressure energy for a simultaneous action that targets enlarged fat chambers, damaged collagen fibres, loss of skin elasticity, poor blood flow and metabolic waste accumulation. The procedure is non-invasive and requires no downtime. There will be a 10% discount on any orders of the device placed at the show.

Advanced Esthetics Solutions

AES will bring Shelase to the show, a mixed-modality medical machine that uses 1540nm laser and CO2 for vaginal rejuvenation and vulvar remodelling and to treat stress urinary incontinence and vaginal atrophy. The device’s scanner function allows practitioners to control the level of energy, pulse width and duration. The distributor will also have the Thunder MT on stand, which combines 755nm and 1064nm laser for hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments, along with Discovery Pico, a medical laser with Quanta pico-boost technology.

3D-lipo

The machines brand will be showcasing its key 2018 launches, including the Trilogy Ice laser hair removal device with triple wavelength delivery to simultaneously target different tissue depths and anatomical structures within the hair follicle; 3D-HIFU for skin lifting and targeted fat reduction; and tattoo removal platform NanoSure, with Q-switching application. 3D-lipo will also be offering FIT3D body scans on stand for the first time. The ProScanner is a 360-degree body scanner with built-in client assessment tools to allow therapists to create bespoke body-contouring programmes for clients. Major offers will be announced at the show.

CACI

An exclusive offer will be available on the CACI Synergy at the show. Visitors can see the dual-action facial toning and skin-rejuvenation device demoed on stand. It uses simultaneous photo electrical delivery combined with original CACI toning technology and LED light. The device features 110 treatment programmes including options to incorporate orbital skin resurfacing, ultrasonic deep cleansing and wrinkle comb technology. The brand’s full range of machines will also be on show, including the Ultra, Ultimate, Quantum and Classic.

“Professional Beauty North is a great time to catch up on new and current trends within the industry, meet with brand reps and purchase products at discounted prices. One of our main reasons for visiting is to hear the seminars that have proven invaluable to me and my team” Michelle Quimby, managing director of Body Contour Beauty Salon, Cheshire

It uses a 20ml contact-cooled sapphire tip combined with optimum peak powers and ultra-short pulse durations for the treatment of fine and fair hair. Its Moveo technology reduces the energy that is typically reflected by the skin when using a standard Alexandrite laser.

Ellipse

Ellipse will be showing a range of machines at PB North, including the Nordlys multi-platform device, featuring more than 20 treatments that use its trademarked selective wavebands technologies, and its nonablative laser fractional handpiece. Ellipse will also showcase the Ydun non-ablative fractional device, offering medical-grade treatments for acne and surgical scars, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, and lots more. The Laser Light Facial standalone skincare unit for clinics and mobile facialists will also be shown.

It’s also brilliant for younger people who wish to get into the industry” Claire Pearson, owner of Claire Pearson Hair & Make Up, Argyll
