This may be a key factor in the boost to your retail sales, which were up significantly in July compared to last year’s figures.

Making sure all time in the spa is used effectively, 50% of you have enforced non-refundable booking fees to stop no-shows from occurring, while 29% have updated their cancellation polices, 14% have introduced SMS and email reminders, and 7% have created a policy specifically to deal with repeat offenders.
