“First of its kind” wellness centre opens at Moddershall Oaks

A £1.5 million onsite wellness centre has opened at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat.

The Staffordshire property called the Made wellness centre a “first of its kind” and said it would aim to redefine the way in which people view health and wellness.

Made offers education through fitness, food and treatments such as sports recovery, hypnotherapy and mediation.

The space houses a boutique gym and an outdoor training terrace with cushioned astro turf, plus a Cycling Cave and functional studio with a specially designed floor for weight and barre classes.

Moddershall Oaks director Penny Watson said: “Made comes from a very personal place. In the past few years, I have drastically changed my approach to wellness and I wish that I had a facility like Made when I started my journey.”
