It’s been a stellar month for the spa industry, with treatment and retail business both up on March last year. Your treatment room occupancy also stood at a decent 72%, with clients coming in to get ready for summer, perhaps boosted by the profile raising that’s occurred due to 45% of you hosting charity events in spa.

You reported that your most popular machine-based body treatments in the run up to summer are cellulite and fat reduction, while customers in the age group 25–34 are your most frequent tanning clients.
