Infinity and beyond

LPG’s new Cellu M6 Infinity has triple motorisation for faster results, plus sensors and an ergonomic treatment head for increased precision

Succeeding the 10 generations before it, Cellu M6 Infinity combines the best elements of LPG Endermologie’s heritage while enhancing its capabilities for the face and body for faster, more visible and longer lasting results, all while treating the skin naturally and safely.

For the body

The Infinity 80 IW body treatment head unites seven patents, unlocking the power and potential of cellular communication to maximise results. Featuring triple motorisation and tissue mobilisation modes, the Infinity 80 IW delivers tissue manoeuvres, offering multidimensional cellular stimulation.

Targeting all connective tissue, from the most superficial layers to the deepest, the new head delivers more precise and visible aesthetic and therapeutic results. Using smart technology and ergonomically designed to be more compact, the Infinity 80 IW head tracks movements in real time while an advanced calculation algorithm analyses the type of tissue being treated, guiding the practitioner’s hand with precision. This ensures immediate results while taking the utmost care for the skin.

“One of the key differences is that it’s triple motorised. You have two rollers and a flap mounted on top so you have multiple massagers simultaneously, meaning you send multiple messages to the cells to get better and quicker results,” explains LPG UK trainer Esther Simon.

“You also have sensors within the treatment head to give the therapist a more bespoke, precise treatment.

Plus, you have waves within the Infinity pump, and the waves trigger more response from the cells, so you get better results.”

In LPG’s BeScored 2024 clinical study, designed to demonstrate the efficacy of the manufacturer’s patented innovations, a measured loss of waist circumference of up to 5.8cm was observed after 12 sessions and a 50% reduction in the sensation of heavy legs recorded from the very first session. After 12 sessions, 93% of women noticed a smoother orange-peel skin appearance, while 92% reported improved skin firmness.

Sculpt and smooth

The LPG team has developed two new signature treatments, chosen to address key concerns: “Cellulite Smoothing” and “Resculpt & Firm”.

The protocols were designed after the BeScored study and in collaboration with physiotherapy and beauty experts to identify the best trajectories for treatment head movement to optimise stimulation.

A unique feature of the “Resculpt & Firm” protocol is the inclusion of a 30Hz vibration, which amplifies firmness results alongside the well-established 16Hz setting for fibroblast stimulation.

PB’s deputy editor Kezia Parkins, who was one of the first to try out the next-gen device says: “I have tried a course of treatments with the previous model and just from one treatment I could instantly feel the difference that the Infinity 80 IW head makes. It picks up more tissue while somehow being more comfortable and I think the addition of vibration is genius.”

Combined with the new treatment head, these protocols are able to release localised and resistant fat, soften the fibrous walls of the hypodermis, relaunch natural collagen and elastin production and reactivate circulatory changes.

For the face

By combining the innovative 30Hz vibration with motorised flaps and sequential suction, the new Ergolift IW treatment head provides anti-ageing skin fitness and multi-dimensional stimulation for an intense sensation, with a draining, relaxing effect.

Awakened, fibroblasts reactivate their endogenous collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production. Wrinkles and fine lines are reduced, the skin is rehydrated and facial contours are firmed

Professional Beauty editor Eve Oxberry, who tried a facial treatment with the Ergolift IW, said: “The small headpiece used for the face allows for a very precise treatment. It can really grip the lip, cheek and jawline for a plumping, firming effect.”

Additional end pieces allow for optimum treatment of the eye and lip contour as well as the hands, neck, décolleté and bust. The BeScored study observed an 80% increase in hyaluronic acid production and 87% saw improvement in fine lines and wrinkles.

Wellness benefits

While LPG devices achieve impressive aesthetic results for face and body, the company is renowned for prioritising wellbeing too. Endermologie has been proven to reduce the stress hormone cortisol, enhance immunity and improve sleep quality.

A 2023 study into the effects of Endermologie showed that it boosted vitality by increasing T lymphocytes, boosting natural defences. It also helped to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance relaxation by promoting a reduction in cortisol levels, as well as improving quality of sleep and muscle pain relief.

Enhanced user experience

The next-gen device has been designed with the beauty therapist front of mind, thanks to the new professional application Endermolink, available on iOS and Android, which can be downloaded onto a personal tablet. This includes an interactive software interface with innovative functionalities. Therapists will now be able to carry out an in-depth beauty assessment (body, face, wellness) and capture before-and-after photos, enabling goal-orientated treatment plans.

“You also have sensors within the treatment head to give the therapist a more bespoke, expert-level treatment. The skin fold height sensor and speed sensor also ensure you can pick up the optimum amount of tissue safely,” adds Simon.

“The Cellu M6 Infinity features an improved look with a better, larger screen. It is a slick machine that is easier to manoeuvre. The smaller, more compact treatment head is a lot better for therapist’s comfort and it gives better precision on the client’s body.

“There is also no connectivity with a tablet. It’s in the cloud so you don’t need to think about that connection anymore, and there are far more protocols within the Infinity device.”

Accessibility

To make their treatments more accessible, LPG has introduced 10-minute Discovery Zone treatments, ideal for those on a budget. These shorter sessions allow everyone to experience the benefits of Endermologie without compromising on quality.
