East of Eden

East of Eden is a wellness hub based in Walthamstow, East London, offering yoga, Pilates, barre and spin classes. Founded in 2015 by Abby McLachlan, the studio began as a single-room space and has since expanded to four studios, a café and therapy rooms. McLachlan previously had a 15-year career in music and digital media, working with the likes of the BBC and Warner Music. This was until an unexpected pregnancy in 2012 led to her seeking a more sustainable career and East of Eden was born. The studio has an emphasis on inclusivity and community, providing over 200 weekly classes and engaging in local projects.

This luxury health club chain in London, offers fitness, classes and wellness services across multiple locations. Founded in 2001 by four “old Etonians”, Third Space is a mash-up between a private members’ club and holistic health hub. In 2015, Colin Waggett, former boss of Fitness First UK, became chief executive, Under his leadership, Third Space has grown to serve 35,000 members.

Lindsay has created three signature classes – power, precision and pure – to enhance strength, endurance and technique. Until is a super-cool chain of wellness hubs with the original venue located in London’s Soho. Founded in 2021 by Vishal Amin and Alex Pellew, the facility provides flexible spaces for freelance trainers, therapists, and coaches to operate their businesses. It includes a 3,000sq ft gym, nine treatment rooms, eight coaching rooms and a performance suite. In August 2023, business mogul Steven Bartlett joined as marketing co-founder, investing in the company, which has since expanded to multiple locations, including Liverpool Street and Marylebone.
