Babor launches women’s empowerment campaign

German skincare brand Babor has launched a campaign to encourage women to be bolder and more ambitious and determined.

The “Ask for more” slogan features on its new advert imagery, alongside four models of different ages and ethnicities.

The company says it’s committed to “strengthening and supporting self-confident, self-reliant women who are at one with themselves”, and employs women as 62% of its internal workforce.

Half of Babor’s executive positions are also held by women, and the company offers flexible working to make it easier for employees to balance work and family commitments.
