Sienna X

Tanning and waxing brand Sienna X has unveiled a new look starting from spring 2017. The brand’s professional and home tanning range has been made over with fresh packaging in line with the simple, clean look of the waxing range, launched last year. The pro size and retail products are now in rose gold and cream-toned bottles and cans, and the Sienna X logo has been made simpler and more refined in gold and without the previous pink banner.

As well as reflecting the brand’s growth, the new packaging has also been designed to make it easier to navigate for both therapists and clients. Homecare products now feature clearer, more descriptive names; while the pro range includes application tips and selling pointers printed on the packaging to help therapists promote specific spray tanning treatments.

“The new-look packaging gives the brand a stronger identity, incorporating a stand-out symbol, which can be used across all Sienna X ranges, making it easy to recognise.

Developed with the support of beauty professionals, we have made the packaging easy to use and shop, including clearer product descriptions and expected end results, as well as top tips and ingredients,” says Nicola Matthews, founder of Sienna X.

Natural beauty brand Voesh launched into the UK at the Professional Beauty London show. The brand’s manicure and pedicure products are designed to be practical to use in salon with convenient delivery systems. Its Collagen Gloves and Socks are disposable hand and foot masks pre-loaded with a vitamin E and collagen emulsion to hydrate skin during nail services. Both have removable tips for fingers or toes to allow the therapist to continue with other steps of the treatment.

The masks are made from a dual-layered material and would be suitable for clients who may be concerned about UV damage from curing. The brand claims the gloves do away with the need for soaking water, cuticle softener, massage lotion and paraffin wax; while with the socks no massage lotion or paraffin wax is needed.

For mobile therapists or salons short on space, Voesh’s Pedi in a Box system contains four product sachets in the correct doses for a single treatment: Sea Salt Soak, Sugar Scrub, Mud Masque and Massage Cream. There are three scent variants: Lavender Relieve with lavender oil, Vitamin Recharge with vitamin C and Olive Sensation with virgin olive oil.

Trade prices are £300 for a box of 100 pairs of gloves and socks, and £109 for a 33-piece Pedi in a Box starter pack. Call Voesh UK on 020 3318 0080
