With holistic therapies seeing a resurgence as clients put more emphasis on their self-care post-pandemic, it’s no surprise that many have seen an increase in bookings for these services. For many of you, this is an area in which you will be upskilling your teams, with more than a fifth (21%) thinking of booking therapists in to learn the art of reflexology and 17% the intricacies of sports massage.
Many of you also agree that there is quite a lot of confusion in the industry about what certain terms actually mean or what they stand for. Just over two thirds (67%) of you would like greater clarity on what “clean” on beauty labels actually means, while a further 63% think there should be more education out there about what “natural” products are and half of you think the term “green” needs clarifying.
