INSIDER BEAUTY

Our exclusive monthly benchmarking stats for each sector of the market

HOPE

With lash treatments now one of the most sought-after beauty services, it’s no surprise that many of you have been upskilling in this sector. For more than half of you (52%), a lash lift is the most popular lash treatment with your clients, loved for the way it subtly opens up the eyes, while others prefer the more dramatic impact of classic (11%) and Russian (10%) extensions. Check out our feature on page 52 to know which treatments are best suited for clients with thick, sparse or weak lashes.

Meanwhile, with regulation still a hot topic in the industry as botched injectable and filler treatments continue to hit the headlines, the question has once again arisen about what can be done to address the issue. More than three quarters of you (82%) have said you would support a licensing scheme for non-surgical aesthetic treatments if it came into force.
