SALON SPOTLIGHT

Opened: July 2017

Techs: Four

Interior design vibe: “It’s colourful, modern and inviting. As a lover of all things beauty with a penchant for champagne, it was my dream to combine the two loves of my life into one fabulous concept. It’s somewhere people can relax and enjoy themselves and feel they are having a real treat.”

Product houses: “We stock the entire Jessica range, including Custom Nail Colour polish, Phenom long wear system and Geleration gel polish.”

USP: “Our Signature Champagne Manicure and Pedicure are our most unique nail treatments. Guests get a glass of bubbly and chocolate-dipped strawberries while their tech exfoliates and nourishes their hands or feet and wraps them in heated mittens or booties. The treatment is finished with a polish.”

Typical client: “We look after everyone who would visit the spa; those on weekend packages who want to indulge in a glass of champagne while receiving some pampering, bridal parties and groups of friends, as well as local clients popping in for their weekly nail appointment and a coffee.”

Special touches: “We created a Pop, Fizz, Wink drinks menu with our resort mixologist. It includes a range of signature cocktails in keeping with our Lust List (the treatment menu), such as the Cherry Fizz with Brecon 5 Vodka, cherry brandy, cranberry juice and mint leaves, and the Very Berry Fizz with prosecco, Chambord and fresh raspberries. There is also a selection of champagnes for that extra bit of luxury.”

The extra mile: “Guests have the option of our Luxe Lock-In package for some real VIP treatment. It includes exclusive access to the Champagne & Beauty Bar for two hours for four to eight guests or three hours for nine to 12. Each guest receives two glasses of house champagne, lots of sweet and savoury canapés, and 50 minutes of treatments from the Lust List.”
