What truly stands out from this month’s survey is nail techs’ dedication to overall client wellbeing. An impressive 78% offer specialised treatments for specific concerns, such as brittle nails and cuticle issues, demonstrating their commitment to client satisfaction and nail health.
Nail techs are also prioritising education, with 40% of you emphasising the importance of educating clients about nail health and maintenance. This comprehensive approach means that clients can maintain the health of their nails in between appointments – abonus for both clients and techs.
