She will speak about her journey from feeling trapped by her speech impediment to petitioning for a universal symbol to be used when struggling to speak.

Round Table Networking
The Round Table Networking zone is a great opportunity to network with your peers and to share your challenges and successes. Each table topic will be led by an industry pro. IMF and CIPI Conference
The International Manufacturers and Distributors Forum (IMF) is a dedicated conference and networking event for brand owners, distributors, manufacturers and suppliers to build relationships within the beauty industry, learn practical solutions for businesses, and discuss what it takes to build a beauty brand, routes to market and the pitfalls to success.
Skin and Advanced Treatments Stage
This stage will feature industry leaders sharing their advice on providing the best treatments for your clients, covering everything from individual skin conditions and concerns, to mastering consultations and incoming regulations.
