Treatment business picked up toward the end of 2022, with most salons busy in the run-up to Christmas. Although technology-led treatments are set to be one of the biggest beauty trends this year, almost two thirds (62%) of this month’s Insider respondents don’t offer body contouring. With the body-contouring devices market predicted to be worth £10.4 billion by 2027 due to the large ageing population, advanced procedure launches, and growing demand for non-invasive procedures, this might be an area that salons could expand into to boost their profits and attract new clients.
