However, business owners won’t be the only people feeling the financial squeeze, with employees also making adjustments. It may be the case that some employees ask for a raise, so we wanted to know which factors were important when considering giving staff members a pay rise. The quality of their treatments was important for 71% of you, while being a good spa ambassador was important for 54%. With menopause and perimenopause becoming more understood by consumers, it’s interesting that only 15% of spas have specific services for this client group.
