As summer holidays come to an end, the National Hair and Beauty Federation (NHBF) shares how September presents an opportunity for salon employees to develop their skills and training

Summer holiday season is over, and students throughout the country will head back to the classroom and resume their studies. For salon employees, September may signal the start of new training or the development of current skills.

Every employer knows the biggest asset to their business is its workforce. Successful businesses understand and know how important it is to invest in talent. Continuing Professional Development
