Making sure your techs’ work looks incredible on social media is important too, which is why many of you have invested in the right tools to get the job done. This has included buying the correct lighting (52%), a decent camera (24%) and some easy-to-use photo editing software (10%).
This focus on improving has paid off, with your team performing on average 26 manicures/pedicures per week, which is great news as your businesses bounce back from the impact of Covid-19. To make sure your nail techs continue to work to the highest industry standards, a third (33%) of you will joining be The Federation of Nail Therapists when it opens for membership.
