DUNE
With many of you having fully adjusted to the “new normal”, and Covid-19 restrictions slowly being relaxed by the Government, it’s no surprise that business in June was on the up. You reported that both treatment appointments and retail sales had increased on the previous month’s (May 2021) figures, resulting in a 45% room occupancy.
Although these figures are lower than pre-pandemic, it’s a sign that consumer confidence is coming back.
To make sure your salon business bounces back from the financial impact of coronavirus, just under two thirds (62%) of you will be sharpening up your processes and learning new skills to expand your offering, while a further 45% are going to be marketing personalised experiences as a way to get new and loyal clients through the salon door.
Check out the amazing beauty businesses and individuals who have been shortlisted in the Professional Beauty Awards 2021 on page 19.
