What have you done in lockdown and since reopening to support salons and therapists?

“S+ Summecosmetics prepared training videos to help our customers learn new techniques and active ingredient characteristics during lockdown.

“We provided discounts to improve their profits and trained them in homecare treatment products, because internet sales have grown during the pandemic so our customers needed online offers for their customers.

“After they reopened, we maintained video training and meetings for brand introduction to improve productivity and avoid face-to-face meetings. We have embraced more technology in our activities.”

What do you think will be the key trends that drive the salon and spa market in 2021?

“Brands need to improve to keep customers aligned and provide tools to help them. Salons and spas need to maintain communication, on and offline, with their clients, supporting them to book appointments and consultations, and to buy products.”

What can we expect from SKN Care in 2021?

“Only for Eyes is a specific treatment for the eye contour. Now most of us wear masks, the eyes are the only part of our face we show, so we will focus on this treatment while still offering all our product lines in the UK.”
