This course is led by Nicola Russell, aka The Skin Geek – a facialist and international trainer credited as a driving force behind the dermaplaning boom in the UK and Europe. Students on this one-day course will be given a detailed overview of dermaplaning, including how to use BeautyLab’s Black Diamond and Gylcolic ranges in treatments. Students on the course will also receive a scalpel, blades and sharps box worth £29. Trainees are required to complete two case studies with before-and-after photos.

Finishing Touches Dermaplaning Masterclass

This one-day course is a balance of online theory and practical application that will teach students the stretches and techniques of dermaplaning. The course firstly gives a breakdown of the skin, going through the layers, types and conditions. Students are taught how to conduct the treatment with the professional Cell Biologique product line, as well as the potential contradictions and aftercare advice to give to clients. Students will also gain a full understanding of health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working practice.

Million Dollar Facial System Level 4 Dermaplane Training Course

Offering a complete overview of dermaplaning, this course teaches students how the procedure works, its results for a variety of skin types and a detailed treatment protocol. The one-day course will enable students to carry out a full consultation and skin analysis, giving them the knowledge and skills to adapt their dermaplaning method to suit different skin types and issues. Training also covers health and safety, hygiene and insurance information.
