Summery scents and shades abound in this month’s launches, from fruity infusions to aromatic oils

The mineral make-up brand has introduced a new shade of its Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream, which conceals blemishes and contains antioxidant extracts with broad spectrum SPF 25. BB4 is a medium-light colour with neutral undertones. There is also a new colour of Dream Tint Tinted Moisturiser, a lightweight foundation with a soft-focus effect and broad spectrum SPF 15. The new shade, Dark, is described as deep with a golden undertone.

Nimue Skin Technology

The cosmeceutical skincare brand has reformulated its Fader line to tackle pigmentation.

There are now six products in the line with key ingredient diglucosyl gallic acid, a patented molecule activated by the skin. The products also work on other indications including redness, dullness and blemishes, by blocking melanin synthesis, stopping the melanogenesis process and preventing melanin transfer.

The brand has put together the De-Stress Edit, a travel-sized collection of products focused on de-stressing the body, mind and skin. Targeted Toning Body Moisturiser has a creamto- oil texture and is formulated to restore firmness and a toned appearance to areas of the body prone to loss of elasticity. Plankton extract, jania rubens seaweed and nigari salts are key ingredients chosen to stimulate the body’s detoxification process and promote collagen synthesis for suppler-looking skin and a reduction in cellulite, says the brand. The product should be applied using the included recommended massage techniques.

The lash extensions brand has developed a batteryoperated touchscreen device that allows techs to measure the temperature and humidity in their working environment to ensure proper curing of adhesive. Aura reads the temperature of a room in Fahrenheit or Celsius and provides a moisture percentage, while also tracking the 24-hour average minimum and maximum temperature and humidity.

Gellux

The summer collection from gel-polish brand Gellux is called Bella Senorita, with eight new shades inspired by a hot Spanish summer.

Beautiful Barcelona is royal blue, Sangria Time is shimmering purple, Flamenco Dancer is fuchsia, and Adios Amigo is a gold shimmer. There are also three glitter shades: pale blue Sunshine Siesta, red Mi Maracas, fuschia Ole Ole and coral Marbella Nights.

The Yuzu & Starfruit line from Hempz consists of Daily Moisturising Gradual Self-Tanning Crème SPF 30 (in Fair or Medium), an SPF with subtle colour enhancers that helps build a natural-looking tan while protecting skin, and Instant Sunless Bronzing Mousse (in Light Bronze or Medium Bronze), with pure hemp seed oil to help nourish and hydrate the skin.

Billed as the first specifically formulated post-hair removal tan, this cream-oil formula removes wax residue and soothes skin while leaving a light instant tan. The aromatherapy brand has added Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil to its range. 100% natural, the oil claims a high anti-microbial value with a reviving aroma that uplifts the senses.
