Jane Iredale Conceal & Heal Makeup Masterclass
The Studio, Wild by Tart, London

Jane Iredale hosted a makup masterclass to launch its Skintuition Brightening Under Eye Concealer, held at Wild by Tart in London. After arriving in time to be professionally shade matched to both the concealer and the Skintuition Liquid Foundation, guests – including industry professionals, content creators, and PB senior content writer Josie Jackson – were invited to mingle while enjoying a healthy breakfast. Simone Shoffman, education and clinical director for Healthxchange, UK distributor for Jane Iredale, then introduced the two experts who would be leading the session.

Adeola Gboyega, makeup artist and skincare expert, guided guests through a masterclass to create a radiant, bronzed look, while sharing top tips on dealing with compromised skin types. Meanwhile, Dr Ana Mansouri offered insights on post-procedure guidance. With guests following along to Gboyega’s guidance, everyone left with glowing, luminous skin.

Ishga afternoon tea
The Dorchester, London

Scottish spa brand Ishga hosted an intimate afternoon tea event at iconic London hotel The Dorchester to celebrate its latest product launches with key press. Guests including PB editor Eve Oxberry were introduced to the new Hydra+ Oil and Hydrating Hair and Scalp Mask, two multi-purpose formulas developed with hyaluronic acid and Ishga’s signature Hebridean seaweed extract. Over tea, champagne, sandwiches, scones and delicate cakes, Ishga managing director Leon Trayling explained the science behind the launches, with the Hydra+ Oil multiple weights of hyaluronic acid, along with antioxidant-rich fucus serratus and fucus esiculosus seaweeds. Guests were also treated to a gift of the candle that Ishga makes bespoke for Clardiges Collection using petals from the hotel group’s signature floral displays.

Miamo UK launch event
The Peninsula London

Mach II at The Peninsula London was the destination for the UK launch of Miamo, the pharmacist-founded Italian skincare brand focused on science-led, results-driven formulations. Hosted by co-founders Camilla D'Antonio and Elena Aceto di Capriglia, the morning introduced press, including PB deputy editor Ellen Cummings to the family-run company’s ethos of pharmaceutical excellence and personalised skin health over breakfast. The session highlighted the brand’s serum layering methodology and over 100 customisable protocols. Guests also learned about the brand’s intergenerational leadership and its commitment to testing and patented formulations. The event combined education, consultation and luxury hospitality, and guests left with personalised routines and insights.

Circadia UK’s Ministry of Skin 2026
Knebworth House, Hertfordshire

Circadia UK’s Ministry of Skin 2026 delivered strong science, sharp specialism and ideas that guests could take straight back to the salon or clinic. Across the two-day event, attended by PB consulting editor Kezia Parkins, the programme included topics around treatment planning, client safety, inclusivity and business growth. Chief executive Michael Pugliese led sessions on skin ageing and, later, microbiome, barrier function and biotech, with a focus on mechanisms, ingredients and how education translates into better outcomes. The breakout format then brought that theory closer to practice, with Toni Duclottni Harich tackling effective strategies for melanin-rich skin and Jessica Kramer exploring the art and science of customised protocols.

At the end of day one, 140 salon and business owners enjoyed the Circadia Gala and Awards, recognising individuals and teams across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Sachi States of Arrival pop-up
Beam, London

Dermo-Ayurvedic skincare brand Sachi Skin hosted its first London pop-up event, "Sachi States of Arrival", in Belgravia to showcase its core philosophy that skin has states rather than types. The intimate, one-day event brought together press, industry partners, key opinion leaders, and VIP customers, with PB editor Eve Oxberry among the attendees.

Founded by cosmetic formulator and aesthetician Farah Bashir, the brand’s dermo-Ayurveda framework blends Ayurvedic heritage with modern clinical science. The event served as an introduction to this ethos, highlighting the brand's proprietary States of Skin framework.

Guests took part in an interactive day including a hyperpigmentation masterclass, co-hosted by facialist Katie Onyejekwe, alongside a traditional marma massage wellness experience led by holistic practitioner Priya Upadhyaya.

The brand showcased its hero product, Triphala Pigmentation Corrector, a brightening serum formulated with 12 actives, with gift bags including products to try at home.

Skin Rocks Strong Acid launch
Third Man Records, London

Skincare brand Skin Rocks celebrated the launch of its latest product, the Strong Acid, by bringing together press and key opinion leaders for a networking and education pop-up in Soho. With the theme of "setting the record straight" on acid toning, the venue was the perfect fit; plus, some of founder Caroline Hirons’s favourite albums were played on vinyl to add to the atmosphere.

The event began with smoothies and breakfast snacks, while guests, including Josie, had the chance to expand their knowledge on the brand by chatting to members of the Skin Rocks team. Then, guests were invited downstairs for a brief presentation from Hirons on the new Strong Acid, including where the launch fits alongside the existing Gentle Acid and Control Acid, who is it best suited for, and key ingredients in its formula.

The room was then opened up for questions, allowing Hirons the opportunity to set the record straight on any misconceptions around acids. From midday, the pop-up was then opened to members of the public, with exclusive offers available on the day.
