Are websites still important or is it all about social media?
@scin.matters:
“Absolutely – websites are still hugely important. Most of my clients discover me through Instagram and get a feel for my results, but when they want to properly check me out they head to my website. A website gives your business credibility, reassurance and a sense of authority that socials alone can’t replace. Socials bring them in – the website seals the trust.” @sarahjohnsonfacialist: “Definitely! You own your website, social media can be taken away at any time. Your website, email list and Google My Business is yours and should be focused on just as much as social media. ”
Maria Rylott-Byrd:
“Social media will only ever be the book cover, your website is the actual book. If you want people to understand who you are, what you do, and why it matters, you need both, but the website is non-negotiable.”

Is it fair to charge additional fees for difficult clients?
@iheartbeauty. bedford: “The idea is nice but if I had a really difficult client, I would be like, 'see ya later love’.”
Beauty By Rachel:
“One that either cancels last minute, changes their appointment all the time or doesn’t take consistency on board. But no, I wouldn’t charge them more as they definitely wouldn’t come back!”
