Wellness means BUSINESS

The World Spa and Wellness Convention is back with sessions on AI in spas, increasing profits and much more. Here’s a taster of what’s on offer

The World Spa and Wellness Convention is Europe’s leading conference for the global spa and wellness industry, filled with a mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions and interactive workshops, designed to offer insights and education for international spa leaders and their wider teams.

In 2025, join the WSW Convention on March 2–3 for two days filled with networking, exclusive insights and innovations. With the convention running alongside the Professional Beauty London show, delegates can connect with like-minded spa professionals, leading brands and top industry experts, all under one roof.

The convention will feature an exceptional line-up of speakers, including the leading spa and hotel executives.

Business solutions

The convention is targeted at wellness leaders and consistently delivers real-world solutions to universal challenges in the spa and wellness industry. Delegates can hear from industry experts about how they have increased profits and improved client satisfaction in their own spa operations.

Meanwhile, fresh voices from outside the industry will also share new perspectives to help delegates find inspiration outside of the norm and take their business to new heights in 2025.

Don’t miss:

• Serious wellness vs indulgence – some spas have guests simply looking for a time to chill out, get treatments and drink prosecco. This panel will explore whether we are losing sight of the fact that a big part of our market is not actually into wellness. Join John P. Rees, senior vice president - hotel operations at Hard Rock Hotels; Sandie Johannessen, group director of spa and wellness at Minor hotels; and Nicola Gala, global spa and wellness manager for Club Med.

• How AI is transforming the world, including wellness and hospitality – stay up to date with the latest changes and gain insight into how artificial intelligence is set to impact the sector in the future, with Andy Hall, AI initiative chair at the Global Wellness Institute and chief executive of Rewardtrek Technologies; and Tiffany St James, founder of Transmute and UK country director of Global AI Council.

• Grow your N.O.I with dynamic pricing and upselling – this practical panel session will share a range of ideas to increase your net operating income from Frank Pitsikalis, senior vice president, product strategy at Agylisis; Laura Sheridan, acting group spa director, Champneys; and Catherine Warren, vice president strategic partnerships at Arch Amenities.
