Client satisfaction continues to be a hallmark of salon success; feedback revealed that 52% of clients are most impressed by quality of treatments, while 48% praise customer service and overall experience, reinforcing the value of combining the two.

Salons are also fostering workplace satisfaction, with 84% providing flexible working hours for staff. This approach supports employee wellbeing and helps businesses retain top talent in a competitive industry.
