As spas start to gear up for the summer rush, many managers are implementing strategic measures. Enhanced marketing efforts for summer promotions top the list, being implemented by 71% of you, while introducing seasonal treatments or packages (53%) and adjusting staffing levels to accommodate increased demand (41%) are also key considerations.
