July was a strong month for the spa sector. Treatment business flourished, with 38% of you reporting a rise compared to the previous year, and an average treatment room occupancy of 82%. Retail business remained similarly resilient, with 37% of you enjoying better sales.
We asked which factor you thought had the greatest impact on client satisfaction, and 74% of respondents said the quality of services and treatments was the most important thing.
