The new Multi-Vitamin Concentrate from British skincare brand Katherine Daniels is a three-in-one gel serum with brightening and hydrating properties. Key ingredients in the formula include 10% vitamin C to brighten the skin, 5% niacinamide to promote skin clarity and 2% hyaluronic acid to maintain the skin’s moisture. It protects the skin’s DNA from UV, blue light and pollutioninduced damage, helping to refine texture and boost radiance.

2 Glitterbels

Glitterbels has launched a new vegan and cruelty-free buildable gel range called Builder-bel. With 60 shades to choose from, the self-levelling, HEMA-free formula can be applied over both natural nails and existing enhancements. The range is compatible with soak-off gels, hard gels and acrylics.

New from LPG come the Micro-Exfoliating Silky Powder. The powder is an enzymatic chemical scrub. Key ingredients include succinic acid and AHA malic acid to refine skin texture and reduce imperfections, plus natural papaya and pineapple extracts to exfoliate and stimulate cell renewal. The powder is used either by emulsifying with water and massaging into the face or mixing it with water and applying it with a brush, leaving it to soak into the skin for five minutes.

Dermalogica has launched two blemishfighting products, one for face, and one for body. The Clear Start Clarifying Body Spray is a 360-degree continuous spray containing salicylic acid to help remove dead skin cells, plus soothing oils and witch hazel to reduce redness. The deep breakout liquid patch is a clear, sulphur-based solution that dries to form a semipermeable film barrier. One product contains 125 uses, making it eco-friendly.

Gerrard International has launched new line Florica into its Spongellé brand of productinfused sponges. Comprising a body buffer, mini buffer and a pedi-buffer, the Florica collection is scented with a rose fragrance and packaged in Tiffany-blue boxes. It uses a blend of antioxidants, vitamins, butters and essential oils.

As part of its summer collection, Phorest has introduced Ads Manager, which will allow salons and spas to run social media ads via Facebook and Instagram directly from their Phorest system. Phorest 2.0 also brings new features and improvements to the original app, such as Expert Recommendations, which allows links to recommended products to be sent directly to clients, and Premium Consultations, which includes before-and-after photos, face mapping and a mark-up functionality.

The new QMS Skin Analyser is designed to support beauty therapists with artificial intelligence (AI). Developed with Berlin-based AI start-up Iqonic.AI, it employs an imageanalysis algorithm created using more than 100,000 images that have been evaluated and labelled by cosmetic experts and dermatologists. It takes a photo of a client’s skin, then the algorithm analyses individual parts of the face, detecting issues such as dry spots, wrinkles or acne, before creating personalised skincare recommendations.
