Refer & Earn

With rewards and discounts for both parties, it’s a win-win with the NHBF’s Refer & Earn programme

The NHBF has supported the hair, beauty, and barbering industry for many years. Since 1942, the organisation has provided valuable advice, support, and services to help salon professionals succeed.

The NHBF values collaboration and shared experiences, which is why its members are treated like family. With the Refer & Earn programme, The NHBF is urging its members to promote the benefits and resources of being part of the association to others in the industry.

For every friend referred, the member who referred them will receive a £25 high street voucher. Additionally, the friend being referred will receive a £25 discount on their first year’s membership fees if they pay in full. This offer benefits everyone – it’s a win-win.

How it works

Participating in the Refer & Earn scheme is effortless. Members can choose between two simple methods:

1. Refer and earn online: fill out a brief online form at It’s recommended to keep your membership number handy for a seamless process.

2. Refer and earn by phone: ask your friend to call 01234 831965, mentioning your name and NHBF membership number. Once they join and pay their membership fees in full, they will instantly receive a £25 discount. Within 30 days, you, as the referrer, will receive your well-deserved £25 high street voucher.

Becoming a member can elevate your business, ensuring it remains up-to-date, legally compliant, and financially successful. Enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including a dedicated 24/7 HR and commercial legal helpline, essential employment documents, comprehensive guides and a range of discounts with no hidden fees.
