INSIDER NAILS
FAT FACE
Nails have been in the spotlight recently, with consumer media publishing stories about the potential risks of gel polish causing contact allergies.
This has presented an ideal opportunity for nail techs to educate consumers about the benefits of receiving professional manicures from properly trained techs instead of using DIY at-home gel kits, with over half (59%) of respondents reporting that they’d experienced clients asking about the safety of gel manicures. For more information about how to protect both yourself and your clients from developing a contact allergy, check out our feature on page 68.
