The statistics from this month’s spa survey show that the spa industry is continuing to grow, with 69% of you reporting better treatment business and 56% reporting better retail business in April 2023 compared to April 2022.
One factor that might attract more visitors to your spa is your environmental credentials. Some of the changes which respondents have made to their spas include reducing energy usage (75%), reducing single-use items (63%), using paper-free bookings and receipts (56%) and taking on sustainable product houses (38%).
