CURVY KATE

In positive news for the spa industry, clients are increasingly willing to spend time and money on wellbeing, with 75% of you reporting that treatment business is better this February compared to the same time last year, and 58% stating that retail business is better. This is also echoed by recent news reported on our website, which showed that searches for wellbeing tools have risen by 113%.

The same study revealed that the three most searched-for wellbeing techniques were guided meditation, beginners’ yoga and Tai Chi – and this is certainly something spa businesses are taking advantage of. Wellbeing techniques should certainly be a key aspect of your treatment offerings, given that 62% of respondents reported that stress is the most common issue experienced by their clients.
