Heaven Skincare Nettle Venom Facial

Heaven Skincare’s first vegan facial uses nettle leaf extracts to treat pigmentation, fine lines and puffiness. The new patented ingredient, Nettatoxin, helps tighten and brighten the skin and offers a vegan alternative to Heaven’s Bee Venom ingredients.

The facial begins with a consultation and cleanse with the Hydro Cleansing Milk and Ella Jane Wipes to prepare the skin, before the Nettle Venom Serum is applied and massaged in, focusing movements on the face as well as the neck, shoulders, décolletage, arms and hands. Next, Heaven’s Nettle Venom Anti-Ageing Cream is applied around the nose, jawline, neck, temples and cheeks, using finger circles, repeated movements and gentle rocking pressure to soothe, smooth and restore radiance. The facial finishes with the refreshing Peppermint Hydrogel, Nettle Venom Serum and Nettle Venom Eyes.

Heaven Skincare recommends charging from £64 for 60 minutes. Contact the brand on 01952 462505

Eve Taylor Age Resist Facial and Cryogenic Facials

Eve Taylor’s two latest facials work to treat younger (aged 25-50 years) and more mature (50 plus) skins. Both facials begin with Clear Cleanse to remove pollutants, before the Dynamic Resurfacing Cleanser is applied to deeply cleanse.

The brand’s new Ultrasionic Microtherapy Device uses soundwaves to further dislodge cells and prep skin for deeper exfoliation with Resurfacing Cream Exfoliant (a 6% hydroxy concentration) for the Age Resist Facial, while for the Cryogenic Facial, the Bio Cream Exfoliant (a 10% blend) is applied. Next, Eve Taylor’s signature drainage massage is performed using the Revitalising Aromatic Serum.

In the Age Resist Facial, the Oxygen Response Serum is then applied before the Eye Contour Masque; a rich paste that revitalises the eyes. As it sets, the Antioxidant Masque is applied with two fan brushes to brighten the complexion.

For the Cryogenic Facial, both the Firming Serum and Timeline Response Serum are applied before the Eye Masque and Cryogenic Masque, a marine alginatebased mask that solidifies to firm the skin.

Both facials finish with the Dynamic Hydrating Toner, Nourishing Eye Complex and the Age Resist Day Cream SPF30 to nourish and shield the skin, and the C+Bright Priming Mosituriser is also added as the final step in the Cryogenic Facial for added luminosity.

Eve Taylor recommends charging £48 for each of the two 60-minute facials. Contact the brand on 01733 260161

Elemis No-Touch Facial Powered by Biotec

In reaction to Covid-19 safety concerns, Elemis has developed a no-touch facial, which is initially being offered exclusively at central London salon The House of Elemis.

The facial features “safe-touch tools” to minimise skin-on-skin contact between the client and the therapist. These include skinsmoothing spatulas, face mitts and shaping wands designed to leave the eyes feeling cool and refreshed. The tools glide over the skin during the facial and are sanitised after use.

The treatment also incorporates Elemis’s new seven-in-one Light Energy Face Mask, which treats a number of skin concerns with seven LED therapies and infrared, helping to stimulate cellular activity.

Clients can choose between two treatment options: the Hydra Firm, to treat deep lines, dehydrated complexions or skin that has lost elasticity; or the Resurfacer, which addresses blemishes, uneven skin tone and pigmentation. Each has been designed to offer clients transformative results for their skin, while providing peace of mind that the facial is being delivered with consideration for hygiene and safety standards.

Elemis is charging £125 for each of the two 60-minute treatments. Contact the brand on 0117 316 1888

Repêchage Vita Cura B3 Lifting Treatment

The Vita Cura B3 Lifting Treatment is designed to help brighten and reduce the appearance of pores and wrinkles. The treatment begins by cleansing with Vita Cura Triple Action Cleansing Cream.

Next, the Eye Rescue Pads are applied to protect the eye area before the Enzymatic Micropeel is applied. The skin is then misted with Algo Mist Hydrating Seaweed Facial Spray, before the Ionto Massager set to the negative position for three minutes, helps to soften skin and dissolve dead skin cells.

After seven minutes, the micropeel is removed with cotton and water and the Renewal Toner is applied to the skin. Next, the B3 Lifting Mask is applied, using the Ionto Massager for five minutes on the positive setting, delivering the hydrating ingredients into the skin.

The mask is left on for a further 10 minutes before the excess product is massaged into the skin using the Ionto Massager, set on positive, for two minutes to help calm and soothe.

To finish, three drops of Repêchage’s RB3 Elixir Complex are applied to the skin, followed by the brand’s protecting Mineral Face Shield.

Repêchage recommends charging £95 for 50 minutes. Contact the brand on 0800 731 7546
