Vitamin D: how to get enough safely
Clare Hanson commented: “In 2014 I found out I had vitamin D deficiency and was put on a high-dose vitamin D tablet. The downside is that I didn’t find out about the deficiency until I discovered that I had L&C spinal osteoarthritis. I never thought I would get any of this as I was normally fit and well. Three years later, I’m still having to take the vitamin D tablets.”
