Retail sales remained stable for most, with 57% reporting consistent figures and 24% experiencing growth. Treatment room occupancy also reflected strong demand, averaging an impressive 76% throughout the month.

Understanding client preferences remains a priority, with spas leveraging various tools to gain insights. CRM tools and management software (35%) lead the way, closely followed by social media analytics (34%) and website tracking via Google Analytics (31%).
