In addition to traditional spa services, 58% of spas now offer wellness programmes that integrate both fitness and spa treatments, catering to a growing demand for holistic health experiences.
Client feedback remains essential for spa managers to fine-tune their services. Direct client comments during visits are considered the most valuable source of feedback, with 44% of managers prioritising these real-time insights. Online reviews also play a significant role for 32% of spas, as they not only provide feedback but also influence prospective clients.
