The average treatment room occupancy was also strong at 78%, significantly up from 62% in April 2024. However, this does demonstrate that further work could be done to fill white space.
A common way to increase bookings is to boost marketing efforts. While TikTok has emerged as a powerful tool for many businesses, it seems salons haven’t yet taken advantage of its popularity – with only 11% reporting that they’ve used it in their marketing strategy.
