December is often a time for reflection, looking back over the year and all the things we’ve achieved – and sometimes beating ourselves up about the things we haven’t. With life seemingly moving at the speed of light, and increasing pressure to have an endless stream of successes to post on social media, it’s all too easy to feel overwhelmed and like an underachiever.
