Insider nails

CPD has been high on your agenda this month, with many of you booking yourselves into manufacturer training or watching social media tutorials to stay on top of the latest nail art trends. You reported that you’re performing on average 35 manicures and pedicures a week in your spas or salons, resulting in treatment business being up on last year.

However, despite long-wear lacquer growing in popularity, only 13% of your gel-polish customers have stopped opting for gels in the past year. Buying from reputable and trusted people is important to you, which is why you purchase products direct from manufacturers or professional beauty supply stores. For more nail news, turn to page 107.
