She opens up about what it was really like being a film set nail technician, especially while heavily pregnant, and what it takes to succeed in high-pressure, high-profile creative environments. Episode 3: Karen Betts on business growth, brows and careers in beauty

Business mogul Karen Betts shares her story with PB contributing reporter Erin Leybourne in episode three. She’s a semi-permanent makeup artist and founder of Nouveau HD Beauty Group, thorugh which she grew brands such as HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes’ LVL into household names.

Betts speaks about her impressive career and shares her advice for building a successful beauty brand. She also speaks candidly about some of the mistakes she made along the way and what she learned from them.
