The January 2024 data reveals that a substantial 63% of spa directors saw an increase in treatment business compared to the same month last year, alongside a 78% average treatment room occupancy, underscoring a positive trajectory for spas as the year started.

There is a notable preference among spa directors for therapists with versatile skill sets, as 85% expressed that they prefer to recruit therapists capable of performing a diverse range of treatments, ensuring adaptability and personalised service.
