It was a difficult month for the UK spa industry too as operators dealt with the blow of a second enforced closure during November. To stay in touch with clients and keep revenue up, just under half (45%) of you were doing home deliveries of products to your regulars, while others were strengthening their online services such as digital masterclasses/tutorials and e-commerce. Digital vouchers were the biggest earner during this time for nearly a third of you (31%).

However, despite the lockdown, many of you had healthy-looking appointment books for when you could reopen in December, with many stating that they were at 60%–90% capacity.
