Beauty industry calls for Government changes in wage increase policies as Brexit looms

As an employer, the margins have become very tight over the years – particularly with the introduction of online shopping and destination spas being brought into the mix. I’m all for raising the wage for the employee, but with it has to come support for the employer. We cannot continue taking the brunt of all the rises that the Government imposes.”
