The whole-menu RITUAL

One brand, one story: why Saskia Spa is redefining what a spa menu can be – and making its UK debut at Professional Beauty London this October

Ask a guest what they remember about a great spa visit and they rarely name a product. They describe a scent, a hand’s warmth, the feeling of arriving somewhere else. That instinct drives a shift across professional beauty: menus composed as journeys, where facials, body treatments, amenities and retail shelves belong to one story.

Science supports this instinct. Inhaled aromatic molecules reach the limbic system – the brain centre for memory and emotion – within seconds, which is why a note of neroli can settle a nervous client before the therapist’s hands begin. When the treatment-room scent matches the product taken home, the ritual continues, and so does the memory of the place behind it. For the guest, it is one experience.

Saskia Spa is a Paris-designed, family legacy brand, three generations deep, where the care continues from treatment room to home.

Saskia: a name meaning protector of mankind, and a philosophy that takes the charge seriously – reaching mind, body and soul at once. Fifteen years of formula development led by master formulator, Dr Heba Fekry and her daughter, Mariam Georges, produced a range of more than 120 professional products and 100 retail products. The Saskia Spa range spans face, body, massage, hair, hands, feet, men's grooming, hammam, sun care and bathroom amenities, with 40 protocols and certified training in every partnership. Bespoke protocols are a love of Saskia — the company is proud to accompany clients from concept to measurable growth.

A new journey with every blend

Every ritual has a destination. The Essence of Fez hammam works savon noir into the skin, before rhassoul clay draws out what daily life leaves behind, closing with argan oil to nourish. The Dead Sea detox and remineralise brings mineral crystals and mud from the lowest point on earth. The Sunny Valensole massage, named for the lavender plateau of Provence, is slow lymphatic drainage in wave-like strokes.

One ritual brings it all together: A to Zen Soul Reviver moves from a blue chamomile hair mask through body exfoliation to a décolleté-to-forehead facial massage – hair, body and face in one session, one brand, one training.

For a spa, these are the experiences guests return for and recommend to others. For a salon, the difference between a menu and a story. For a hotel, it reaches the guest room: bathroom amenities, then a turndown gift with an inviting note from the spa becomes the detail that turns a stay into a story guests tell.

Scent comes in pure essential oils, fine fragrances composed for the brand, and allergen-free and fragrance-free versions. Formulas are free from parabens, silicones and paraffins, in Italian-designed glass and PCR. Beyond the jar, Egyptian cotton towels, marble and alabaster display pieces and hammered copper hammam sets make the brand an environment, not a shelf.

Trusted by Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Rixos and Kempinski, among others, Saskia Spa’s range suits an intimate salon or a grand spa.

This October, Saskia Spa arrives in the UK for the first time. Experience the products on stand SP3 during the World Spa & Wellness Convention, held as part of Professional Beauty London on October 4–5 at Excel London.
