Client care continues to take priority, with 61% of spa leaders stating they would not consider shortening treatment times to boost turnover, and nearly a third open to the idea only if quality remains unaffected.
Team culture also matters – 97% of spa managers said they would not hire someone with a poor attitude, regardless of ability, reinforcing the industry’s emphasis on positive environments and exceptional service.
