3D nail art has trickled down from competition floors and Instagram feeds to salon spaces – here are five 3D nail artists to follow for inspiration
Anoushka Anastasia

The queen of 3D and often referred to as “the human 3D printer” by those in the know, Anoushka Anastasia’s 3D nail art is all about precision and perfection. Essentially a miniaturist, Anastasia started creating true-to-life bouquets on press-on nails, subsequently going viral. Now, a lot of her content is made up of relaxing process videos showing her creating tiny replicas of the internet’s hot beauty products.
Nathan Taylor

Nathan Taylor’s 3D nail art is unique, with Taylor being more of an artist who uses nails as a medium than a nail tech. He creates sculptures, characters and concepts with the most innovative nail products on the market and many materials that you wouldn’t expect to see on a nail. Taylor has been a finalist in multiple Scratch Stars awards and was recently joined the judging panel for the Professional Beauty Awards 2025.
Camilla Borowiec

Camilla Borowiec is the ultimate nail artist – not only is her character art and portraiture insanely realistic, but her 3D work is also outrageously extreme.
Boroweic can always be relied on to create an incredible 3D look for every holiday and movie launch, constantly outdoing herself. She is a must-follow for anyone looking for out-there inspiration and step-by-step tutorials.
Danielle Brindley

Serial competitor Danielle Brindley is as colourful as her nail art. She is known for her ambitious 3D competition entries, Russian-style encapsulated application and her use of texture and colour. Brindley’s experimental nature and commitment to uniqueness and creativity make her a must-follow and her role as an educator for nail brand Glitterbels means you can rely on her when it comes to teaching techniques.
Katt Katana
Instagram: @kattkatana 4.7k
London-based nail artist Katt Katana’s 3D work often harks back to the Y2K era, with belly bar-reminiscent sets, girly grunge corset nails and talons featuring tribal tattoo designs. The artist recently got her hands on a 3D printer, which has taken her designs to the next level, with fresh designs including detailed skeletal sculptures.
Always looking to stun her audience with innovative 3D designs, her recent work also includes creations that light up, some embedded with braille and a stunning golden set that replicates The Last Supper.
