Booking preferences among guests show a clear trend towards digital solutions, with 37% of our survey respondents saying most of their spa guests choose to book their appointments via the spa’s website.
Telephone bookings remain a close second at 34%, while 20% still prefer to book in person. Only 9% reported use of mobile apps as the primary method for for scheduling spa visits, indicating room for growth in mobile app adoption.
To keep up with client demands and industry standards, 32% of spa managers have recently upgraded their spa equipment or facilities.
