The retail side of the business faced its own challenges, with only 7% reporting better sales, 73% the same, and 20% experiencing a decline. Despite these challenges, 72% of nail businesses offer retail products for clients to purchase, providing an additional revenue stream.
When it comes to handling client complaints, most of you (55%) prioritise immediate in-person resolution to maintain client satisfaction. Offering a discount or free service for the next visit is another strategy used by 27% of owners, while 18% follow up with clients via phone call or email to address any concerns.
